MARiTIMe museum

It illustrates the maritime history of the region, from the discovery of Magellan, the life and customs of the Yagán people, to the legends of the gold prospectors, the foqueros, life in the Patagonian ranches and the pioneers.

MARINE ART MUSEUM (temporarily closed)

The collection tries to give a vision of the development of marine art in Argentina, from 1889 to the present. Among its highlights you can enjoy Quinquela, Berni, Koek Koek, Lynch, De Martino and more.

Lighthouse at the End of the World

From the inhospitable Isla de los Estados, a place swept by the wind and rains, perhaps the most famous lighthouse in the world.

 

Prisoners Train

With the convicts, the southernmost train in the world was enabled in 1913. It reached an extension of 25 km, from the Presidio, passing through Mount Susana towards what is now the National Park.
